Dry weather overflow from a directed overflow structure caused by a blockage is Sewer Main. Blockage was removed. An Environmental officer directed that flushing of stormwater system upstream of the overflow structure be undertaken.

An overflow occurred at Kurri Kurri WWTW. Cause was an overflow sample was not collected during overflow event & a miscommunication between dispatch officer & operator. Instruction message has been modified to avoid mis-communication.
